Education

Pastor Joe Magpatoc studied from Central Bible Training Institute on a five-year course on theology in 1986 in Cebu Philippines and University of the Visayas for his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1989.

Ministry Experience

He has been a church Planter, a Pastor, and a Regional Coordinator/superintendent for the Visayas, of the Evangelical Free Church of the Philippines and a denomination leader for 27 years. He teaches at a flying school in Cebu and with the Evangelical Theological College of the Philippines.

Other Ministry Involvements

He serves as Members of the Board Trustees of the Evangelical Theological College of the Philippines and Evangelical Free Child Development Center and was also serving as a long time Board of Director member of the Evangelical Free Church of the Philippines. He also served with Medical Ambassador International, an NGO that works for community development.

As a Pastor of WHF Fremont

He has been leading World Harvest Fellowship Fremont as the Pastor since July 2012 until present.
